If you are not completely happy with an
item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund.
If returning, please do so within two weeks days of receiving your order.
The cost of returning an item is borne by the Buyer (unless the garment is faulty or sent in error, in which case we can refund the return postage costs once a proof of postage receipt has been presented by the buyer).
Items that can be returned: Most items bought from Vedoneire.com can be
returned, with a few exceptions below.

Gift cards are non-returnable
and unfortunately can't be exchanged for cash.
Services that can't be refunded.

Return shipping charges can't be
refunded if goods are simply returned (but if you've asked for replacement
items you won't be charged again for shipping these to you.

We can only make refunds for
unworn items, please return with original packaging.
Q."I have received some vedoneire.com items as a gift from someone else.
Can I return them?"
A.You can return items as normal.
If you want replacement items of a higher value than the return that is no
problem, we'll just charge you the difference.
Refunds will be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods.
